I spoke with you last night and want to reiterate how impressed I am with your crew. I pulled my car over and spoke with your Forman and workers yesterday afternoon. They were polite and cordial with me. The Driver of the Arial rig remembered delivering a flatbed load of 17' long trees to my house last year. When I inquired about the load he had presently on his truck he advised me that it was Oak, but fully covered in Poison Ivy. Just a note to say that I think your crew did a fine job trimming our trees on Wednesday. Since I frequently visit active construction sites as part of my job where safety is a primary focus, I was very impressed with your crew’s emphasis on safety, hardhats, ear protection, chocked wheels, etc. I was also impressed with the quality of your equipment and how well it is maintained. The crew was very careful not to damage or scrape our driveway in any manner and didn’t even allow anything to fall into my wife’s garden(s) which was greatly appreciated. I think their final clean up probably left both my yard and my neighbor’s yard in even better condition than when your crew arrived.
You can place our name on your growing list of those who will give New England Tree Co. an excellent reference.
